You can book a bike through our website or mobile app. Simply select your pickup location, dates, and preferred bike model. Follow the checkout process to confirm your booking with a small deposit.
You'll need: 1) A valid driver's license with two-wheeler endorsement, 2) A government-issued photo ID (Aadhar/PAN/Passport), 3) Security deposit (refundable). For foreign nationals, an international driving permit is required.
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of pickup. The amount varies by bike model. It's fully refunded within 24-48 hours after returning the bike in its original condition.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM), and net banking. Cash payments are accepted only for walk-in rentals.
Rental prices are calculated based on the duration of rental (hourly/daily/weekly), bike model, and season. Additional charges may apply for extra kilometers, late returns, or special equipment.
Yes, we provide DOT-certified helmets for both rider and pillion at no extra cost. However, you're welcome to use your own helmet if you prefer.
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. In case of a breakdown, contact our emergency helpline. We'll either repair the bike on-site or provide a replacement vehicle, depending on the situation.
